How booking fees work

*Sukiru platform fees only apply when you accept a payment through Stripe initiated in the app.
This is either as a deposit for a booking or as a one off payment request sent to a client. These are the only fees charged by Sukiru.

Sukiru uses Stripe to process payments securely. You keep full control of your Stripe account at all times.

Stripe's standard processing fees always apply to payments.

  • A small Sukiru platform fee only applies when a client books through your online profile and pays a deposit or makes a payment
  • This is a flat fee, not a % of the payment amount.
  • The platform fee is £0.50p or your currency equivalent.
  • Manual bookings in your diary are always free.

Simple rule:
> No fee for manual bookings
> Flat platform fee
> Fee applies only to deposits and payments
> Premium removes this fee entirely

Example: £50 online booking

Premium Plan

Client pays: £50.00

Stripe fee: ~£0.95

Sukiru fee: £0.00

You receive: ~£49.05

Core Plan

Client pays: £50.50

Stripe fee: ~£0.96

Sukiru fee: £0.50

You receive: ~£49.04

The fee can be passed to the client or absorbed by you.

Fees are only applied to online bookings with deposits or payments made through your online profile.
Manual diary bookings are always free.
Stripe processing fees always apply regardless of plan.
